Rota de ônibus DAMRI Bandara - Makassar no mapa de Makassar

There is a Damri bus from the airport to the city and back - this used to be the cheapest way to get to the city, but nowadays there is also the Trans Mamminasata (line K2).

Either of the busses are slow as they don't take the toll road to Makassar - expect to be for 1-1.5hours on the bus when there are traffic jams.

As the airport is being extended nowadays (2022), the DAMRI bus has been moved from the indicated point on google maps to the parking level at the exit of the arrivals. The Trans Mamminasata bus is also passing temporarily the arrival level, but not the same spot.

Buy the ticket on the bus or from there booth at arrivals. As usual with DAMRI busses you can jump on and off all along the route. Officially the schedules are till midnight from the airport and till 8pm to the airport but do not count on that. In December 2022 the ~6pm bus was the last one from the airport.
