To use the southbound service, after clearing Shenzhen border and custom check and boarding the bus at Huanggang Port of Entry stop, passengers must deboard at the Lok Ma Chau Control Point (North) stop, clear border and custom check of Hong Kong, and then reboard the bus at the Lok Ma Chau Control Point (South) afterward.
If there are delay in border and custom check process then you can ride on the next bus.
