New achievements and intercity routes

Updated system of achievements
We finished with the new achievement system. Now users can see each other's achievements and compete with each other in different fields. You will find that in the updated system there are both accumulative achievements, for example, number of routes created by types of transport, and the achievements associated with participation in the project’s life: localization into other languages, becoming an experienced level 2 editor, sponsoring the project.

Achievements are displayed on the main user profile page in the form of colorful icons. Some achievements have progress and it is possible to see how many actions you need to do to get to the next level of these achievements. To check this, move the cursor to the progress bar around the icon:

To learn how to get any of the listed achievements just click on it and the corresponding icon will be highlighted on the user’s manual page. Some achievements have more than one level. For each level there is a color and number.

Intercity routes
We released a long asked functionality to add long-distance intercity routes. Now for all intercity routes you can specify the cities through which they pass, in the "Additional cities" field. After making such edits, the routes will be displayed in all lists of city routes which were specified in this field. In addition, they can be found in the tab "Intercity routes", so as not to confuse with them with “City routes”.
